[FEATURE] SMT DigitalNameplate v3 Visualization

As a BaSyx user,
I want to be able to have a visualization for the SMT DigitalNameplate v3.

Rules

• Implementation is based on existing visualization component for SMT DigitalNameplate v2.

Acceptance criteria

• New Visualization Component file in /aas-web-ui/src/Components/Plugins/Submodels
• Visualization Component file name: Nameplate_v3.0.vue (cf [TICKET] Adapt file name of SM Visualizations #160)
• semanticId: 'https://admin-shell.io/idta/nameplate/3/0/Nameplate'

Thank you for opening this feature request. We will discuss if we want to create a separate plugin or integrate this in the existing one. For now I will move this to our backlog.
