I forgot to add it to the pool and had to do that, also replaced some of the jobs with cargo techs (yellowtide when) because service jobs aren't enabled.
Deckhands have been disabled on the ship (greytide no more) and so latejoining after 33 players is not a thing, be a recruit from a trade station or don't play at all.
