Sync word-count tests

Last exercise with a discrepancy between the current tests.toml and the corresponding Vader file. The example breaks on the apostrophes test so that'll need to be patched before this is ready for review.

This PR touches files which potentially affect the outcome of the tests of an exercise. This will cause all students' solutions to affected exercises to be re-tested.
