Required peer dependency for babel-preset-expo to compile successfully.
observer at App level is not needed, Todos component is already observer

Two changes:
react-native-reanimatedas required peer dependency for Expo babel preset to ensure proper project compilation. I've read the Contributing document and I still believe this dependency is required to compile the project successfully.observerfrom theAppcomponent as theTodoscomponent already handles observations. This extra observer might make understanding legend-state confusing.
