Fully supporting random

Audio directories can be marked with a trailing '*' that will marks them as random playable on the arduino AudioBox.

Features

• Only supporting mp3 files.
• Directories marked with an '_' are ignored by the ruby script.
• A manifest.json is created that stores the original path of the audio files. All files are renamed to <n>.mp3
