This also adds a test image and fixes a bunch of failures in the driver found from running tests. There are a number of serious issues with this driver (like proper 12.5kHz support and frequencies over 1GHz). Since the author of this is long-gone and I've never seen one of these in real life, I've modified the driver to be as compliant as possible, with comments inline. Fixes #10904
