Added project basic set-up for OSX & Linux based on two raised issues (#6 & #7 ). Can't speak for Windows installation as I have not tested it.

Great idea! This would have helped me out by making getting started a little less mysterious. :)

I am using Mingw 64 bit to build on Windows, providing GNU build tools via the command line. It works the same way as Linux and Mac, so I believe you can use your same instructions for all platforms.

+100. It took me a couple days to figure out that I had to update the submodules, and only after discovering the closed issues. These instructions would have saved me a lot of time.

Thank you! Finally, I have a way to build using MSYS2 on Windows.
