Made some fixes in the Movie Recommender System.

Updated the format of the datasets to comma-separated values (CSV)
User can give a movie name as an input to get related movies.
Used Fuzzywuzzy library for string matching to improve movie title recommendations.
Program provides movie results in a list format
Updated readme.md
