Developed the functionality and high-fi styling for the onboarding screen

  • Created two new components called OnboardingItem (holds the image, title, and description for each slide) and Paginator (the dots for the scrolling)
  • Adjusted the AppNavigation so the onboarding screen only appears on the first download, utilized AsyncStorage that stores if the app has launched before
  • Added high-fi styling to the page
  • Imported LinearGradient library to make the background for the page
