Second release of onedataSim

Code re-organised to support:

• S1 analysis (and future S2 analysis);
• better usage by only downloading Docker images from Docker-Hub;
• docker generation through Jenkins (SQaaS quality tests);
• flexible developing (enable testing severa versions of ARTI, CORSIKA, GEANT4/Root).

First production release of onedataSim

This is the first release of onedataSim tested in production during the EOSC-Synergy pre-Challenge on 2021, April.
