If you are testing with the Latitude API you can point the latitude api to your local thoth package by making the dependance `"@latitudegames/thoth-core": "../thoth/core",`
If you are testing with the Latitude API locally you can point the latitude api to your local thoth package:

1. run `yarn link` in `thoth/packages/core`
1. run `yarn link @latitudegames/thoth-core` in `latitude-api`
1. To reverse this process, simply use `yarn unlink` or `yarn unlink @latitudegames/thoth-core`
