v2 Alpha

Preliminary but working version.
1- Make sure you solder PB14/PB15 to the rotary encoder
2- If the calibration fails to store the data, just retry, it will work the 2nd time

The source code can be built for STM32F103/GD32F303/GD32VF103

Make sure the watchdog is disabled !
