Added iTerm MCP to the community servers list.

Motivation and Context

iTerm MCP allows the model to execute commands with iTerm as well as inspect the contents of the terminal.

How Has This Been Tested?

This is well tested with the Claude desktop client.

Breaking Changes

Installation instructions are included in the iterm-mcp README.
