Branch name is a bit off ... i start with a 3.6 upgrade, but the 3.8 was pretty easy

Please don't merge before Flow / Neos are ready

It seems we are already kinda doctrine 3 compatible in 2.0 https://github.com/neos/eventstore-doctrineadapter/releases/tag/2.0.0 via #17?
Im a bit confused :D
Our 1.0 branch seems to only focus on doctrine 2

And fyi were currently making neos & flow doctrine 3 ready: neos/neos-development-collection#5161
