Using make on Windows is quite inconvenient as there is no standard make installation available. An alternative is to use another command runner like just which can be installed easily on all platforms including Windows, e.g. with
pipx install just.This PR adds a justfile that matches the functionality of the makefile.
After installing just, you can list the commands by typing
just(orjust --list).
