First release with a graphical user interface (GUI)!

The original command-line interface is still available - just run FcomClient.exe instead if that's what you want.

New features:

• Graphical user interface (GUI)
• Deregister with the bot via the GUI (equivalent to the remove Discord bot command)
• More details logged in log.txt
• Crash messages now logged to log.txt instead of being displayed
• FcomClient window no longer closes automatically upon a crash
• Support for displaying on-frequency messages in a nicer format on Discord

Bug fixes:

• Messages not addressed to the user no longer forwarded

Known issues:

• Slight lag when closing GUI
• Forwarded message will occasionally have non-message code appended to it (see #1)
• Multiple instances of the "About" popup window if the user doesn't close the window before clicking on "About" again
