Added the ability to hide certain articles, incase the user doesn't want to see them.

Added a toggle to be able to either show hidden articles (shown with opacity at 0.5) or hide them entirely.

Fixed issues with Network code, and fixed issues with the new themes.

The github action validates the migration SQL and creates a comment here
It seems the create comment API failed and returned 403.
