This package comprises data and scripts used in a study titled: "Detecting groundwater dependence and woody vegetation restoration with NDVI and moisture trend analyses in an Indonesian karst savanna".

The dataset includes shapefiles of the study area, scripts in javascript for accessing satellite data from Google Earth Engine and R scripts for data processing and statistical analyses.

The study was completed as a component of a PhD project at the Australian National University and Charles Darwin University
