When using date fields in EditableColumns the field is not wrapped in a field holder but only a <td> element. This causes the grey (disabled) background to appear.

When using date fields in EditableColumns the field is not wrapped in a field holder but only a element. This causes the grey (disabled) background to appear. This PR does not immediately fix though, it needs a re-build.
