Don't poll all GitRepos at once, within ms. If gitrepos are lost from the requeueAfter polling, resync should add them again. * Add jitter to the pollingInterval of GitRepos * Gitops controller uses shorter resync interval * GenerationChangedPredicate prevented Cache Sync to Trigger Reconciler
