Previously we only had environment files for x86-64, which made setting up a dev environment on an aarch64 machine trickier.

Note that I still haven't successfully gotten a build to work in these arm environments with the default build.sh script, but I'm not convinced the environments are the source of the problem necessarily. Just pushing this up for now.

I've just performed a successful ARM build with this configuration. Good to go from my perspective.
