There's a bunch of .ico convertors out there so I just used one of them. Closes #203 and closes #282

Thanks for the PR! The size is significantly bigger, it should be resized to 32x32 to ensure the resources are kept light.

Closes #282. @sigaloid can we call the old theme "Libreddit" or should we avoid using the name "Reddit" anywhere?
