My Gimp skills are very low, and I'm not sure it's any prettier...
But I prefer OSM maps to Google Maps, which is also nicer from a license point of view.
Here what I was able to do:
As I said my Gimp skills lack some experience and I was not able to do the little "burned" effect around the map :D
The bad thing is that at this zoom level we don't see "CEA Paris-Saclay", maybe I should try producing it from another zoom level like https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=13/48.7240/2.1643 ? Or add some POI by hand? Is it important?
