增加window cmake支持，具体使用步骤：

  1. 请先下载和安装openssl 1.1.1
  2. 安装ffmpeg 4.3，并解压到一个目录，比如这边的 D:\Work\ffmpeg\v4.3
  3. 用cmake生成vs工程，编译既可
  4. 只保证能编译过，功能暂未测试
