  • Redesign Safex account creation:
    • Printing Safex account now shows it's active status:
      0 (No) - Safex account is not in the blockchain
      1 (Pending) - Safex account is in the blockchain but cannot be used
      2 (Yes) - Safex account is ready to use
    • Pending status period is 10 blocks
    • Tokens used for Safex account creation cannot be used for next 150 blocks and they are locked
