If I may ask a question as a fellow Arch Linux user, who's been managing configuration with salt for ages.
Does that mean that Arch Linux will be no longer supported and all of it's modules (pacmanpkg.yml) will be removed and salt will be unusable in future releases?

@VeldoraTheDragon No Arch will still be in Salt for branches 3006.x and 3007.x, haven't looked at the great purge migration to salt-extensions on master branch and future 3008, but doubt it since OS and not something like Vault..
This dropping here is related to CI/CD builds for PR's, nightly's etc., reducing costs and number of platforms to run against and relying on Fedora for bleediing edge. The Salt Core team members that used Arch are no longer with us, and the push to reduce costs in CI/CD, resulted in dropping Arch from CI/CD. The code for Arch is not being removed from Salt.
