[ipa] Collect ipa-migrate log file

Adds collection of /var/log/ipa-migrate.log.

Additionally, sort the list of copyspecs in the non-version-specific add_copy_spec() call in setup() to make it easier to parse current collections at a glance.

I found the existing list a bit jarring to parse, so I just sorted it at the same time as making this addition.

You can install the built RPMs by following these steps:

• sudo yum install -y dnf-plugins-core on RHEL 8
• sudo dnf install -y dnf-plugins-core on Fedora
• dnf copr enable packit/sosreport-sos-3901
• And now you can install the packages.

Please note that the RPMs should be used only in a testing environment.
