Notesnook Desktop v3.0.22

This is another minor release fixing a bunch of issues with v3.0.20:

1. Fix setting item width (#6909) by @01zulfi & @thecodrr in #6935
2. Fix issue where editor tabs weren't persisted across app restart
3. Fix editor zoom on trackpads/touchpads
4. Fix one-time discounts wrongly shown as recurring
