Add live_test_file for unit testing.
Change NewHeader type to a pointer. Add UpdateVarBuffer method for live telemetry parsing.
…itialisation. Refactor Next into separate functions for re-use in live telemetry parsing. Add readVarsFromBuffer for parsing live telemetry. Add seek function for navigating to a specific tick. Add UpdateWhitelist for updating the parser whitelist after creation.

Update additional Disk Header test for invalid dates. Add check in case Session is empty after parsing. Add tests for errors during ParseHeader
