WFC panel was not configured as a default panel earlier because there was one page (banned competitors page) in the panel which is accessible only to senior members.
In this PR, I've made it to default panel and also made banned competitors page available to normal members as well. But normal members won't be able to see the list (unless they have access through any other teams, eg: me), so I feel it's fine to make the panel simpler by not making it customizable for senior members.
