The Land Change Monitoring Assessment and Projection (LCMAP) system will provide the science community with real-time access to decades of Landsat Analysis Ready Data (ARD). The LCMAP system clojure code requires a base library to prevent code duplication.

This project should not depend on any other LCMAP project ( except lcmap-system ) to prevent circular dependencies.
