GenerateUDataPartial Attempting to generate hashes on unconfirmed leafdatas resulted in sending the incorrect proof to the peers.
New utreexo library has bug fixes important for serving txs to other utreexo nodes.

Updated to the new utreexo library with the bug fix and also fixed the bug where we attempt to hash unconfirmed leafdatas.
