- update using
OpenAIOnWPFSetup.msi - open the latest version of user.config in
C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\yt3trees
Rewrite the value of ConfigDataTable as follows

</setting>- start OpenAIOnWPF and import the previously obtained backup
