  • Sort Merge join
  • External sort (using k-way merge algorithm)
  • DISTINCT operator
  • GROUP BY operator
  • A new hybrid randomized operator, which consists of both the iterative improvement (II) algorithm and the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm
