Crafting
Crafting is a very important part of this game. The items created will help create better items, better equip your squads, and just full-on make everybody much happier.
The better the worker, then the more items they can craft, and with higher stats.
Not all items will be craftable just by having the skills, and materials. They'll have to find a blueprint, or through a quest.
Now of course, materials are going to be need before we can get to crafting anything.
