This release was produced during tests for the IBIS Challenge with the aim of producing a lighter Docker container than 20240507_cv1. The container can now use previously formatted genomes or DNA motifs, see instructions at Installing the RSAT Docker container.
In addition, main rsat script now also prints the current main citation and a URL with the complete list of RSAT publications.
